Reduced swelling effect
Working! I didn't believe it, but they truly work! I'm on my third week, taking two tablets in the morning. The effect is noticeable even to others: finally, there is no swelling in the morning! Previously, only a complete refusal of dinner helped, but now I also see reduced inflammation in my acne. The product promotes nails, hair, and skin, containing potent anti-inflammatory ingredients like copper, MSM, vitamin C, and zinc. I feel a boost in energy and less muscle soreness after workouts. Many mention nausea from the copper; I experience it too, but taking it during meals helps. The effects lasted about a month, and I’ll order again.

Noticeable skin improvement
Good day! I purchased the Vitamins Skin, Nails & Hair, Advanced MSM Formula after reading reviews here. Despite the large pills, they are surprisingly easy to swallow. I took two daily, and the package lasted a month. After a month, I noticed significant improvements in my nails – they now exfoliate less and are stronger. My hair seems to fall out less, although I suspect more noticeable results would appear in Spring when hair tends to weaken post-winter. My skin looks fresher, and there’s a reduction in morning swelling. Throughout, I experienced no gastrointestinal issues. Overall, it's a decent product, but longer usage may yield better results.

I ordered Skin, Nails and Hair, Advanced MSM Formulation on my trichologist's advice. As I finish my bottle, I've noticed improved skin quality with no periodic rashes and a reduction in swelling. I'm eager to see effects on my hair. I would order more, but it’s currently unavailable.
